Mark Gerson
Mr. Gerson is the Executive Chairman of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), which he co-founded in 1998. A graduate of Williams College and Yale Law School, Mr. Gerson is also the author of several books and numerous articles and essays. His work has been published by the Free Press, Addison Wesley and Madison Books, and in newspapers and magazines including The New Republic, Reader's Digest, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Gerson currently serves on the boards of the American Friends of the IDC, Manhattan Institute, Yale Chai Society, and Imentor.
John Goldsmith
John Goldsmith is an investor in early-stage and growth companies. Through the end of 1999 he was a partner of AEA Investors Inc., which he joined in 1989. While at AEA, Mr. Goldsmith was involved in all aspects of the investment management process including identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and financing attractive businesses, and working with their managements to plan and achieve their goals. Mr. Goldsmith is a CPA, received an MBA in finance from NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated from Princeton University.
Fred Fraenkel
Fred Fraenkel is Chairman of the venture capital firm Millennium 3 Capital. Prior to Millennium 3 Capital, Fred served as the Vice Chairman of ING Barings Furman Selz and Chief Operating Officer of Furman Selz. Before joining Furman Selz, Mr. Fraenkel spent nine years at Lehman Brothers where he was a Managing Director and Director of Global Research. He also spent four and a half years as Director of Equity Research and a member of the Board of Directors at Prudential Securities. Mr. Fraenkel began his Wall Street career in 1974 as a securities analyst with Goldman Sachs & Company, and was Chief Investment Strategist for E.F. Hutton from 1980 to 1982.
Fabrice Grinda
Mr. Grinda is co-Founder and co-Chief Executive Officer of OLX, Inc. Mr. Grinda is also Chairman of Allmydata, Inc. Prior to founding OLX, Mr. Grinda was the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Zingy Inc. (one of the largest mobile media company in the Americas, selling ringtones, wallpapers and games, generating $200 million in revenue in 2005). Prior to founding Zingy, Mr. Grinda was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aucland, one of the largest internet based auction sites in Europe and co-founder of Deremate, the largest internet based auction site in Latin America. Prior to this Mr. Grinda served as a consultant in the New York office of McKinsey & Company. Mr. Grinda has a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
Joel Hornstein
Mr. Hornstein is Chief Executive Officer of Structural Wealth Management LLC. Mr. Hornstein was previously Managing Director of Capital Allocation at Citigroup, Inc. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Hornstein was an executive with the private equity firm Fremont Group, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Hornstein also served as captain in the United States Army Reserve. Mr. Hornstein is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal and a recipient of the Olin Fellowship in Law, Economics, and Policy. He received his A.B. in Economics magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College.
