Michael G. Wolverton, II

Prior to founding Cathedral Partners, Michael was responsible for leading the business development efforts of LLR Partners, a $620 million private equity firm based in Philadelphia. Before LLR, Michael served as Vice President for Penn Capital Management, a $4.5 Billion asset management firm. Michael received a BS in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
David S. Rowley

Prior to Cathedral Partners, David was a Vice President at SRS Capital, an investment banking and financial advisory firm in New York, where he gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital offerings and general financial and strategic advisory work. Before joining SRS Capital David was a Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield. He is the founding member of the Junior Advisory Board of Project Renewal, one of New York’s largest nonprofits servicing the homeless community. David holds a BA in Consumer Economics, cum laude, from University of Delaware.
Richard “Tripp” R. Wier, III

Prior to joining Cathedral Partners, Tripp was the Head of Deal Sourcing for C2 Partners and Context Advisors, a $50MM Private Equity Fund and boutique investment advisory firm. He formerly served as Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware Department of Justice. Prior to that, Tripp worked in operations and management for three heavy industrial manufacturing companies; Kingway Material Handling Company in Atlanta, Georgia, and Hanna Corporation and Klemp Corporation of Chicago. He earned his BA in Political Science from Syracuse University and received his JD from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.
Jeffrey W. Davidson

Prior to joining Cathedral Partners, Jeff spent more than 6 years at SEI Investments. SEI manages over $190 billion in assets and administers over $382 billion in mutual funds and pooled assets with annual revenue of approximately $1.2 billion. SEI was ranked 17 out of the Top 500 Money Managers. The last three years at SEI, Jeff served as a consultant for their Managed Accounts Program. Jeff played an integral part of the implementation of SEI’s Managed Accounts Product. Jeff was also responsible for the allocation of unmanaged assets into Managed Portfolios as well as providing product support for Tax Controlled, Separate Manager, and Integrated Equity programs. Jeff has a BS in Accounting.

Prior to joining Cathedral Partners, Mark worked for Independence Capital Partners, a group of affiliated private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and real estate investors. Mark’s work focused on assisting Chrysalis capital, an investor in distressed and complex special situations, and Luber-Adler, a real estate private equity firm. Mark received a BS in accounting form the University of Pittsburgh.
